Working Safely at Height

This online course will guide those working at height in pest control to be aware of the hazards associated with working at height and how to mitigate the risk of these hazards. The module will cover the use of personal protection equipment, mechanical equipment and other tools that may be necessary to complete pest control activities.

Activities where access equipment may be required to carry out pest control procedures
Choosing the correct type access equipment for the job
Safety equipment
Risk assessment

A multiple choice examination comprising of 12 questions will be used to assess the learners understanding and knowledge of the topic. Learners must achieve a score of 65% to pass the exam.
